1)  Job Title: Projects Manager
Location: Kuruwitu, Kilifi, Kenya


About the Organization:
Oceans Alive Foundation is a Kenyan marine conservation NGO that
focuses on community-based marine resource management. The
organization is committed to supporting communities in safeguarding
marine biodiversity and ensuring sustainable use of marine resources.

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will report to the Program Manager and be
responsible for overseeing and managing all ongoing projects. The
successful candidate will work closely with the project management
team, providing guidance, support, and training as required. The
Project Manager will be responsible for preparing workplans, project
reports, ensuring that project budgets and deliverables are monitored.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Development Studies or Marine
Sciences. At least 5 years of experience in multiple project
management, preferably in a community-based marine environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
manage a multi-disciplinary team.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a strong sense
of initiative and self-motivation to deliver quality on time.
Strong project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and
evaluation. Experience in managing projects funded by international
donors is an added advantage. Fluency in English and Swahili, both
written and spoken and computer literacy.

2)  Job Title: Administration & HR Manager
Location: Kuruwitu, Kilifi, Kenya

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, efficient, and thorough Administration
and HR Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for
ensuring that all administrative and HR-related tasks are performed
accurately and on time, playing a critical role in the smooth running
of the entire organisation.


Expected Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a strategist, a hands-on leader, and
an exemplary manager, with at least 5 years of experience in an
administrative or HR management role. They will oversee a professional
team of specialists and ensure they deliver outstanding results. The
ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business
administration, human resources, or a related field, with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. They will have experience with
HR-related tools, as well as a strong understanding of legal and
regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time position with occasional travel as required.
