We’re thrilled to announce that our second wave of 10 fisher interns has officially joined the #ReefRestoration journey through Project REEL, supported by @CoralGuardian!

Over the next six transformative months, these passionate ocean advocates will dive deep into the magical world of coral reefs—learning cutting-edge restoration techniques, gaining hands-on experience, and becoming true guardians of the sea.

Why This Matters

Coral reefs are the rainforests of the ocean, supporting 25% of marine life while protecting coastlines and sustaining livelihoods. Yet, they’re under threat like never before.

That’s why initiatives like Project REEL are vital—empowering local fishers with the skills to restore and protect these underwater ecosystems, ensuring a thriving future for marine life and coastal communities.
